I. Scope of Application
- This Policy applies to the WellEdge AI products and services we provide to you through mobile applications (Android / iOS).
This Policy does not apply to:
- Services independently provided to you by other third parties (such as third-party websites, applications, or links), to which their own privacy policies apply;
- Information that you submit to or publicly disclose to third parties on your own.
- This product is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 14 years old, please read this Policy with your guardian and use this product and services only with your guardian's consent.
II. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and will collect and use your personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy. For information necessary to fulfill statutory obligations or to enter into or perform a contract to which you are a party, refusal to provide it may result in your inability to use the corresponding function, but will not affect your use of other basic functions that do not depend on that information.

(II) Device, Space, and Health Environment Data
To implement home space management, device access, and health environment data display (such as air, temperature and humidity indicators, subject to actual product functions), we may process:
- Identifiers and names of spaces, projects, and devices associated with your account;
- Sensor or statistical data reported by devices you access or bind (used for display and analysis in the App);
- Basic information necessary to ensure normal service operation, such as device model, operating system version, network status, and app version.
Specific fields are subject to the display within the App, actual API returns, and the Personal Information Collection List (if any).
(III) Location Information and Map Services
When you create or edit a home space and set an address, we may, after obtaining your consent, collect precise or approximate location information through system location permission for the following purposes:
- Selecting a space location on the map and displaying the map;
- Obtaining and saving the place name, address text, latitude and longitude you select, and associating them with space information for display and management.
Amap SDK: The above map-based point selection function is technically supported by the Amap SDK (provider: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd.) integrated by us. When you actively use map-based point selection, in addition to the address and coordinates we save based on business needs, AutoNavi may process location information, device and network information, etc. as required for SDK operation. You may turn off location permission at any time in system settings; after it is turned off, map-based point selection-related functions will be unavailable. Saved space address information may continue to be retained until you delete the space or cancel your account.
(IV) Camera and Album
When you use the following functions, we may access the camera and/or album (photo library) after obtaining your consent. Refusal of authorization will make the corresponding functions unavailable, but will not affect other functions.

We will not use the camera or album for purposes other than the above scenarios (including but not limited to secretly taking photos in the background, continuously recording video in the background, or reading albums in batches without your consent).
(V) Push Notifications
If you enable message push, we may collect a device push identifier (such as Token) to send you service notifications, alerts, or operational messages (subject to the switches you actually enable). You may turn off push in system settings or in the App.
(VI) Operations and Security Assurance
To troubleshoot faults, prevent security risks, and fulfill cybersecurity and data protection obligations, we may collect log information (such as access time, crash records, desensitized API paths, etc.). Such information usually cannot identify you on its own.

If you have previously authorized the permission and have not revoked it in the system, we will not repeatedly display the purpose notice. On iOS, the system authorization pop-up and the permission description in system settings shall prevail.
(VIII) Third-Party SDK Personal Information Processing Notice
To implement functions such as maps, scanning, and image selection, this product embeds third-party SDKs. The main SDK currently integrated by us is as follows:

III. Local Storage Notice
We will store login status, cached data, language and interface preferences, etc. locally on your device to improve user experience. This product is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies. If you use services through webpages within the App, the relevant webpage notices will apply to that part.
IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
(I) Sharing
We will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. Necessary information will be shared only under the following circumstances:
- With your separate prior consent;
- Entrusted processing: providing entrusted parties such as cloud hosts and operations and maintenance providers with information necessary to achieve the purposes, and constraining their processing activities by contract;
- Third-party SDK partners: to provide services such as map-based point selection, necessary location, address, and SDK operation information will be transmitted to partners such as AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd., who will process it in accordance with law and agreement;
- As required by laws and regulations or by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with law.
(II) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual unless we obtain your explicit consent, or unless transfer is necessary due to merger, division, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, or similar circumstances, in which case we will require the transferee to continue to be bound by this Policy.

We will publicly disclose your personal information only after obtaining your separate consent, or when required by laws and regulations or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements.

- Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China is, in principle, stored within China.
- If personal information needs to be provided overseas due to business needs, we will fulfill obligations such as security assessment, standard contracts, and certification in accordance with law (where applicable), and inform you of the overseas recipient and security protection measures.
- The data processing regions and cross-border arrangements of the Amap SDK are subject to Amap's official privacy policy.
VI. How We Protect Your Personal Information
- Retention period: We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes; after that period, it will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
- Security measures: We adopt technical and management measures that meet industry standards, such as transmission encryption (e.g., HTTPS), access control, and security audits.
- Security incidents: If a personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you in accordance with law of the general situation of the incident, possible impacts, measures taken or to be taken, and suggestions you may independently take to prevent risks.

You may exercise the following rights through functions in the App or the contact information in Article IX of this Policy (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations):
